SPRING 2013
Since late last summer we have had a book sale at the Coleville library on the 3rd Saturday of the month, and in February had a book give-away!! However in May the sale will be a Memorial day event, combining books and baked goods, held at the Walker Mini-Mall, Hwy 395, on the 25th. Additionally, the Friends maintain a selection of hard-backs and paper-backs for sale during library hours as well as an on-going Silent Auction. We assist on a variety of library projects, re-labeling, covering, and shelving books as needed. We meet on the first Wednesday of the month at 3pm at the Coleville library.
We have worked with the Antelope Valley Artists group to hang original art in the library.
